Oranges

All-Purpose Citrus Cleaner
Supplies
- 1 pint jar and lid
- About 2cups white vinegar
- 4-5 oranges or other citrus in equivalent amounts
Instructions
- Peel Citrus with a vegetable peeler;
- Place peelings in pint jar (make a nice fresh-squeezed juice to drink from the remaining citrus while you are making your cleaner spray);
- Cover peelings with white vinegar;
- Cap;
- Place out of sunlight (your dark cool pantry is a good place). Shake every couple days for at least two weeks;
- Get spray bottle. Strain citrus vinegar;
- Combine 1 part citrus vinegar and 1 part water in spray bottle.
The vinegar extracts the citrus oils, you see…and together they can cut grease and grime anywhere. You can use this on countertops, windows, sinks, appliances, porcelain, fiberglass, you name it.
The citrus smell is very pleasant, and there is also a great deodorizing ability here, as well as cleansing.
